Free trial
I know I was supposed to receive a free trial of a ring plan, but never did. Is there anyway I can activate it now even though it’s been a few weeks since I got the ring doorbell.

Avoid the free trail at all costs. They will put pop ups on your app forcing you to have the popups unless you switch to and pay for the premium plan. We are still stuck with the pop up that makes the app unusable and the only way they will remove it is if I upgrade. I cannot stay with the standard plan as Ring forces you to upgrade to premium or live with pop ups each time you start the app.

Hi @user_bb16ab. If a Ring Home trial was included with your Ring device, it would have been applied at device setup. Our support team cannot add more trial time.
