Doorbell 2 Camera stop working, reset stuck as no "White Flash Ring"

Subject: Ring Wireless Doorbell 2 Camera Offline and Stuck During Reset Hi, I’m hoping someone can help me with an issue I’m having with my Ring Wireless Doorbell 2 Camera. It appears to be offline and unresponsive. When I try to add the device again from the beginning, it gets stuck at the “Reset Step: Press and release the small button on the front.” According to the instructions, I should see a white spinning light after this step, but I only see a blue flash and nothing else happens. I’ve ensured the battery is fully charged, but the issue persists. Any advice on how to resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
