Charging problems

Hi, I have a second-generation Ring Doorbell that works perfectly, but I'm having problems with charging. Currently, to charge it, I have to play with the cable and fix it in a certain way for it to charge. I thought it was the charging cable, but I bought one on Amazon, and it didn't work when it arrived. So, I don't know if the problem is the charging port and if this is something that can be replaced.
