Ring Video Doorbell
Can't connect to wifi,
When I try to connect manually. it starts to connect and goes to 95% then it stopped. Left it there for 1/2 hour and it never moved??

Hi @user68982. No, Shared Users do not have access to change the wifi network or reconnect a device that has disconnected from wifi. Only the Owner of the device can do this.

Try the following steps for your concern: - Factory reset your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds. - Reboot your router by unplugging it for a few seconds and plugging it back in. - If possible, bring your Doorbell into the same room as your router while it updates.
