Ring doorbell stollen and used to spy on me, hacked email address and account

Question

I had a Ringdoor Bell Fitted and then it went missing for 2 days and then re appeared 2 days later fixed back to my door, it looked old and scratched and wasn’t new like the one I had. I also had the ringer plugged in and it would ring even tho the door bell wasn’t fitted to the door. I have received an email on an email account that was hacked and the passwords changed so I had no access to it until lately and it says someone has deactivated my account and that the log in details are off a laptop, I really need the recordings please before they get deleted to find out who has the ringdoor bell. The police are also looking into fraud, cybercrime, theft and stalking. Thank you
