Trying to sign into the iphone app with my email

I purchased a new iphone and need to log into the phone app. I downloaded the app and clicked sign in. After I enter my email address the option to press continue doesn't advance the screen to be able to enter my password. I'm able to log into the Ring website on my computer so I know the email address and password are correct but on the iphone I'm not able move pass entering my email address. My email address has a hyphen @xyz-abc.com (not my actual) but it works on the computer and the phone app accepted my email address on an older iphone.

Hi @user_55d520. What specific model iPhone do you have? What version of the Ring app is installed and what iOS is installed? This may have to do with some iPhone settings that you can adjust. Follow these steps: Tap on the Settings app. Scroll down to navigate to Safari and tap on it. At the bottom tap on Advanced. Verify Block All Cookies is toggled off. If it is on, tap on the toggle for Block All Cookies to turn it off Verify JavaScript is toggled on. If it is off, tap on the toggle for JavaScript to turn it on. Let me know if this helps!
