Captcha Error

I had an iPhone 12 until I changed it to the iPhone 15 pro, now I gat an error stating that it can't verify my Captcha. It won't work on my iPad however I also have an iPhone 8 and it works on that, I have talked to tech Support three different times. The 1st time they told me to get in touch with apple so I did. I talked to Apple Support and they told me it was a ring problem, so I called ring back and informed them of my problem so I talked to two tech support personnel before they gave told me that it was a security matter. So they gave the tech support personnel my email addressed and we corresponded for 3 days and I heard nothing from them as such. The last time I got a hold of the tech support the person hung up on me. This is my final straw I use ring because my Mom has Dementia and we need away to keep her safe. As well as us when we are in the house and to notify us of any wrong doings. I have officially given up using the app since I am not allowed to login to use it. So I really don't know what to do next. Please help
