Wired spotlight cam mic problem

Wired spotlight cam mic is barely working. I have tried getting closer to Wi-Fi, factory reset . Still can barley hear anything on mic. It sounds broke with static My other cameras mic is working on both . Thanks for any help!

If you have not already, please also power cycle the Camera by unplugging or removing battery, and then powering back up after waiting a moment.
