Stick Up Cam Not Connecting to 5G WiFi – Any Advice?

Hi everyone, We’re having trouble getting our Stick Up Cam to connect to our 5G WiFi network. It was working fine on our 4G/NBN connection, but with 5G, it won’t connect at all. Has anyone else had a similar issue with 5G connectivity, or do you have any suggestions on how to resolve it? Thanks so much for any insights!

Hi @user_20030b. Not every Ring device is compatible with 5GHz networks. Which specific model of Stick Up Cam do you have? You can locate the device name on the Device Health page in the Ring app.
