With the latest iPhone app update, 5.56.1, there is an issue with toggling the enabling motion sensing to the on position from the off position on the stick up cam. It’s an app problem. The web based ring access works fine. All other cams work fine. Just affects the stick up cam. Frustrating, tried informing Ring tech support but they are not acknowledging the problem with the iPhone app update. Ring needs to fix with another iPhone app update.
