Spotlight cam will no longer connect to wifi

I have 2 spotlight cams, that after the last battery charge/change, will no longer connect to my WiFi. I’ve tried everything from turning my cellular off on my phone, to removing them and bringing them inside right next to the router… no joy, comes back and says cannot join ring setup network every time.

Hi @user_24729b. The Ring setup network is a temporary access point broadcast by the Ring Spotlight Cam itself, not your home wifi network. It sounds like your Spotlight Cams did not automatically reconnect to your wifi network, so you're walking through a new setup. You should be prompted to join the Ring setup network on your phone during this process. If you're having difficulty connecting to the temporary setup network, we have some troubleshooting steps here that can help. Should none of those suggestions resolve this issue, please contact our support team for further assistance.
