Spotlight Cam Plus - Light Schedules

I have recently purchased 2 spotlight cam plus battery units. I've been setting up a light schedule to prevent the lights coming on during the daytime when they aren't required, however what confuses me is when I go to settings, because it's a battery unit I only have the option to create a lights off schedule. I thought this would be fine as there are settings for dusk and dawn, however what I've realised is I only have the option for lights off at dusk until dawn and not the other way round. Surely the preset options should be to have lights on during the night and off through the day, but I only have the option for them to be off at dusk and back on at dawn. Quite frustrating as this means I'm going to have to constantly play around with the settings.
