Hi, yet another ring product failure. my camera over the garden has not worked since 26/6/24 when you go on this camera in the app it says downloading update please allow 15 minutes. Two hours later it still says the same. Any advise please.

Hi @user_c669a0. If your Camera has not updated after 15 minutes, try factory resetting the Camera and then reconnecting it to your Wi-Fi. To factory reset it, press and hold the set-up button on it for 20–25 seconds. Reboot your router as well. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
