Spotlight Cam Developed Hazy Night Vision

While my nearby stickup cams offer clear night images the spotlight cam was working well but a week ago developed a fog like night vision.Coincidentally its battery stopped charging via a solar panel. Moved the battery to a known good stickup with solar charger and it's not just charging.Suggestions?

    Hi @Scroll. If the night vision on your Camera is no longer clear, try the following steps:- Make sure your lens is clean by wiping it down with a soft cloth.- Factory reset your Camera by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds. Afterward, [reconnect it to your WiFi](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi).If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our [support team](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036196372) a call for further assistance. They will also be able to assist in looking into the battery that is no longer taking a charge.
