Spotlight Cam Battery solar not charging

I have motion Camra connected with solar panel 7 days 8 hours of sun. But one of the battery is 11% other is 77% only motion alert is on with my drive way not street is covered. I have 3 camera like this and it seems nun is charging so one I remove dolor and connected to power adapter. I think ring Solar product is not tested and it’s not suppose to sold until it’s been proven and clear instruction video is out.
