Hi, I’d just bought a new ring indoors camera and it keeps saying cannot connect to WiFi. What can I do please to complete the set up? I have 5G router and it’s not connecting

Hi @user_cda123. The Indoor Cam is not compatible with 5GHz networks, only 2.4GHz. Is our router dual-band, with both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks? Or is it only 5GHz? If so, it would not be compatible with the Indoor Cam.
