Ring refusing to replace faulty item under 1 Year Limited Warranty

Sorry, long post... I bought a Ring Stick Up Cam Elite Wired in September (currently priced at £179.99) and after less than 2 months use, it has developed a fault with not being able to connect to the Ring App. I called Customer Services who organised a replacement to be sent a gave me, and gave me a returns label for the faulty cam. The replacement I received was for a completely different (inferior) product - Stick Up Cam Battery (currently priced at £59.99). The agent did not warn me about the product switch, but it was clearly intentional as the Packing Slip shows a Stick Up Cam Battery . I complained and requested a replacement Elite to be sent but was told this is now discontinued in the UK, despite being available from Amazon, John Lewis, AO.COM etc. I requested an upgrade to a Spotlight Cam Pro Plug-In (currently priced at £199.99) and agreed to pay the difference. After speaking to several managers the request was refused as I bought the Elite cam from AO.COM and not Ring. As I understand it, AO.COm are an authorised reseller for Ring in the UK, so under the 1 Year Limited Warranty (https://en-uk.ring.com/pages/warranty) they must: (i) repair the Device using either new or refurbished parts, (ii) replace the Device with a new or refurbished Device that is equivalent to the Device to be replaced, or (iii) refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the Device Ring are refusing to repair the camera, refusing to replace with a like-for-like camera (or equivalent) and refusing a refund. Has anyone else had similar issues, and managed to get a refund from Ring?
