Ring Floodlight goes offline every night around 11 pm

During the day my RSSI for my hardwired floodlight cam is fine. At around 11 pm EVERY night the RSSI slowly climbs until the camera goes offline for the entire night. My provider is Xfinity. I've called them numerous times and have gotten no where with them. I've also purchased a wifi extender which didn't fix the problem. The camera is basically useless. The kicker is that wifi use in the house is high during the day and that's when the camera is online. When the network slows down the camera gets kicked off. Anyone else have this issue?
