I’m currently experiencing an issue with my Ring Stick Up Cam Battery — it no longer detects motion as expected. I’ve tried all the recommended troubleshooting steps, including:• Confirming that Motion Detection is enabled in the app• Setting proper Motion Zones and Sensitivity• Verifying that the camera is online and the battery is fully charged• Making sure the firmware is up to date• Cleaning the lens and checking for any obstructions• Rebooting and even resetting the cameraDespite all this, motion detection is still not working — I don’t receive notifications, and nothing seems to be triggering the camera.My Home Standard plan activates June 26th when my trial ends.

    If your device is never notifying you of motion detection and you are convinced all the app settings are correct, make sure the device you are using is correctly set up to deliver notifications. Without knowing the make and model of your device, its difficult to advise more. You could check to see if it's your device or the camera settings by using the web app on your laptop using account.ring.com and signing in. Make sure push notifications is activated then see if your camera notifies you on your laptop. If it does, its a mobile device setting.
