Hello I am the account holder and I want other family members to use their emails to access the cameras (in past they used my email/password) but when they try and login they never receive the code and the ‘didn’t receive the code options’ are not helpful. Any ideas?

    Hi @Sick_of_Ring_Disconnecting. You can add family members as Shared Users by following the steps listed here. They will need to make sure they’re signing in with the correct email address and password. If they aren’t receiving the verification code to sign in, it’s possible the phone number on their Ring account is outdated. Our support team can assist them further with logging into their Ring account in that case.
