It's also important to check the [RSSI](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229#M4) for your Ring device, which is on the Device Health page. If the RSSI is on the higher end, this can explain why you're experiencing connectivity concerns with the Live View.
