Just Moved – Need Help Setting Up Existing Ring Floodlight Cam (No QR Code or Packaging)
Hi all, I’ve just moved into a new house that has a Ring Floodlight Cam already installed. I want to set it up under my account, but the QR code on the device is completely weather-damaged and unreadable. I also don’t have the original packaging or any setup materials. The good news is: the device has already been unlinked from the previous owner. Is there a way to complete the setup in the Ring app without scanning the QR code? I’ve looked for a 5-digit setup code on the device but haven’t spotted it yet—any pointers on where to look or what my next step should be? Appreciate any help—thanks!

Hi @user_9b06fd. The QR code would have the PIN code on it as well. If you cannot locate the QR code on the Camera, I recommend giving our support team a call for further assistance. https://ring.com/support/contact-us/call?hasLangChanged=true
