Incomplete item

I bought a stick up cam six months ago. My second. This one came without a fixing bracket or screws. It looked like a refurbished product. I have complained four times and have recorded emails of their response. Your bracket has been ordered and is on its way. Then nothing. I have asked for my money back or a new complete camera. Nothing! Why is a Stick up cam so called? Because I’m supposed to use glue, as a bracket is not supplied. Their customer service is non existent. There is no such thing. They expect me to just go away. I won’t. I’ll instruct my solicitor to sue them. I have their hollow promises in writing. Four times. A cost of a new camera to them is peanuts. Without a proper means to complain they couldn’t care. I urge anyone thinking of purchasing a Ring product to not bother.
