Hi, can anyone help please! I have recently moved to EE FTTP and have a new router -smart hub plus. I have an extender Netgear 2.4ghz (firmware updated) that I was using when I had BT broadband. So the floodlight sometimes flashes white then I go through the set up and it takes a while to get to 100 percent then gives me an message saying "can't complete setup an issue with the Internet" I have connected a Ring doorbell 1st gen to the Wifi extender on 2.4ghz and no issues. I have another ring doorbell that's connected to the main router and no issues. It's just the floodlight cam failing to connect..I have noticed it shows as ring setup 40 connected but no Internet any ideas on how I can fix this please 🥺 Btw I have disconnected from the mains few times still same issue

    Hi @user_cc1342. I recommend trying the following steps:   - Reboot your router.   - Try completing your setup using a different phone or tablet.   If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.  https://ring.com/support/contact-us/call?hasLangChanged=true
