Flood light cam red band

    I have not seen this particular situation before. It could be the ir cut filter is stuck partially enaged, but it is odd. The ir cut filter is a filter that moves to cover the lense to improve night vision. That would be my only guess. Tap the camera and see if it moves, sometimes they "pop" free..

      I tapped it now the red line is gone but the whole camera has a red to pink haze will try tapping again whin I get home and post a pic thanks.

    Just started noticing the same exact thing. Will try to call support and see if they have a solution ... other than replacing it :cry:

      I tap it and it goes from red band to full pink but never goes away.
