Complaint

Hi does anyone know how to raise a complaint with Ring? I have a faulty product and the person in customer service I just spoke with was absolutely appalling and when I asked to speak to a manager to complain just said ‘I’m going to repeat myself’ disgusting customer service, my camera is less than a month old! I regret kitting my house out with ring after the service I’ve just received.
