Can the wireless cameras work using a WiFi dongle (EE) (UK)

We are a property management company and don’t have our own phone line for the property and we want to fit a Ring security light/camera. This normally works via a home WiFi but we obviously don’t have this but we can rig up a EE WiFi dongle instead. Will we be able to configure this in the same way and get it to upload data from the camera via the dongle instead of the home WiFi? Has anyone done this ?
