Camera Motion Field of view cropped
I'm no longer getting motion detection in my driveway which is something I used to have. I just spent an hour on the phone with two different people from Ring who are now telling me this is by design. WHY??? You have now made these cameras junk. Why take this feature away from us?? Is it a glitch you are trying to fix?? I now have to look at other solutions because you have wasted my time and money. I hope to get a good response from someone. Are you offering to give our money back? I have invested in ring and don't want to move on but if this is not resolved I will have no choice. Please help

Hi @user_9f5efc. The area you see when editing the Motion Zones is reflective of the motion detection range available on your Ring device. This isn't a feature that was taken away. Changes were made in the past to ensure the motion detection range was accurately reflected on the editing screen. If you need motion detection further out, you may need to adjust the installation position and angle of your Ring Camera.
