Why is this video so blurry? It seems to go in and out of focus. RSSI is -62. We have another camera (older model) that is -56 and the image is crystal clear. Any suggestions? Ring #AlwaysHome

Hi @user82820. I have responded to you on this post, where you shared the same concern.

My original post is missing - or at least I can't find it anymore.  I moved the router 10 feet from the camera and the image quality is identical.  The RSSI is -35.  Any additional thoughts?  Again, I have three cameras.  The older one has perfect video.  The two newer units both suffer from the same video issues.  Thanks

Hi @user_8e8f2c. I took a look at the video you shared in your original post, and it did not seem blurry. I may be the lighting causing it to appear slightly washed out in comparison to the shaded areas. Which Ring Camera model is this? You can locate the device name on the Device Health page. I can review which video settings are available for your specific model.

The video "pulses" between clear and slightly blurry and back again.  Here's another example: https://ring.com/share/17e1036d-610e-45f2-80b6-1f0f80f7b766  The floodlight camera is "Floodlight Cam Wired Plus (V3)" Our older camera, meanwhile, is much clear: https://ring.com/share/56eb3f57-d561-46d6-83ef-1d77583da03d (this camera is "Ring Floodlight". Thanks

Hi @user82820. Thank you for sharing those videos. What is the RSSI for the Floodlight Ca Wired Plus? You can find this information in the Device Health menu of the Ring app. From the looks of things, it appears to be just an intermittent  weak/slow connection. You can try a few things to improve this.   First, try adjusting your WiFi Channels. You can find information on how to do this here. If your RSSI is low, try moving your WiFi expander closer to your cam. Nonetheless, your video quality looks great! I hope this is helpful.
