Won’t let me renew

Hi,  My subscription has cancelled and it won’t let me renew. Every time I click on subscriptions / plans it’s just a blank screen sometimes with a loading circle. Tried on various devices and computer. I am the main account holder. Tried pressing on email links to renew. My plans now lapsed so I can’t look at any footage and still can’t renew ?!!!

    Hi @user_ef9954. You must be the Owner of the Ring device, not a Shared User, to subscribe to a Ring Home plan. If you have multiple locations, make sure you have the correct location selected. Which web browser are you using? Try using a different browser, and if you have a VPN on your computer, turn it off when accessing Ring.com.
