The night vision worked since I installed it but all of a sudden it stopped. I've toggled it off and on but still doesn't work.

Hi everyone, So I purchased several cameras but only one has been delivered so far. It's kind of hard to get an idea of how well the plans work with multiple cameras. I'd like to see if anyone has received a trial extension until the full order has been fulfilled?

Hi @user21139. The Ring Protect Basic plan will cover one device and the Ring Protect Plus and Pro plans will cover all Ring devices at one location. You will also receive a trial period each time you set up a new Ring Doorbell, Camera, or Alarm on your account, so once you receive the rest of your Cameras, you will get an additional trial when you set them up.
