Ring Protect Professional Monitoring Ontario Canada

I recently purchased a Ring Alarm Gen 2 system and I installed it. I am trying to turn on the Professional Monitoring for the system and get the following error This system may not be compatible with your region. We recommend that you use the correct Ring Alarm system for your region. I was told by Ring that the Gen 2 system is supported in Ontario Canada for monitoring. Why can't I turn it on?
