Ring Plan - New Doorbell

Hi, I have recently had to purchase a new ring doorbell as my existing door bell has developed a fault and is no longer covered by the warranty. I have a ring protect basic plan that expires Aril XXXX - so only been active 2 months since renewal. Can I transfer this plan over to my new doorbell as the old one will not be used any more? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.James

Hi @user_2862b4. Ring Protect Plans are device specific and cannot be transferred. What you'll have to do is cancel your Protect Plan on one device and enroll your other device into a new plan. If you have time remaining on the plan you are cancelling, you'll recieve a prorated refund based on the amount of time used.
