Ring downgraded my plan without my permission

Hello, I bought this system when it first came out. We had professional 24/7 monitoring and received called from the call center when my neighbour accidentally forgot our code when she checked on the animals so I know it was working around a year ago. I've only noticed that my system does not have professional monitoring anymore and im on the Protect Plus plan. Like if plans changed and prices changed I understand but not informing me of this change is frustrating. Anyone else have this happen to them?
