Already paid for basic plan which expires Jan 26 but now want to change to premium as I now have multiple Devices how can I do this ? Do I cancel Basic then re subscribe to a premium account ?

Hi @user_6b9d08. You can upgrade from the Basic plan to the Premium plan on Ring.com. We have steps on upgrading here https://ring.com/gb/en/support/articles/mo3gg/How-to-Subscribe-to-a-Ring-Home-Plan. When you upgrade, your Basic plan will automatically be canceled, and a prorated refund for the remaining time will be processed to your payment method.
