No motion detect with ring protect sub

I have just upgraded to protect plus as my trial had ran out, now I'm not getting motion notifications or snapshots when somebody is at the door to my phone like I did with the free trial

Hi @MrGrow. Make sure to check that Motion Alerts are toggled on under Devices > your Doorbell or Camera > Motion Alerts. Review your [Smart Alerts](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360032947972-Smart-Alerts-Refining-your-motion-alerts-for-people-and-other-motion-events) settings, as notifications can be turned on and off based on the type of motion that is detected. Also, verify that [Snapshot Capture](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360034443672) is enabled, otherwise Snapshots will not be taken.
