misleading information and arrogance shown by the customer service
I would like to know if this is how Ring is conning customers for buying their products, last time I was over the phone trying to get my ring door bell fixed which was not working, so called up the customer service I wasted an hour over the phone with no proper solution and was mislead by the customer advisor saying that my protection plan doesn't cover my devices, in return I had to read out to her my terms and conditions of my contract which she still lied saying that my protection plan doesn't cover the devices, so requested her to transfer the call to the manager, what surprised me was the managers tone which was loud and indecent so told her you need to compensate me for wasting 1 hour of my time and no proper solution to fix my door bell. today I called customer service to make her complaint the lady I spoke to again tells me there's no complaints department and she's written notes, which to my utter disappointment doesn't sort out my issue. so why pay for such a poor service and why do buy their products. ring should shut down if they cant even treat their customers fairly. It Clearly shows where ring is heading with customer advisors lying to customer and their managers clearly lying too.
