Light out/strobe effect

Im very dissapointed to read all these reviews as my ring floodlight camera is doing the same exact thing. VERY disheartening as I have two floodlights….. one in back and one in front and the regular camera in my livingroom/front door area….. I also pay for the yearly membership which I know other companies dont have this fee for services….. this sounds like a defect to me if so many others have the same exact issue. I didnt want to switch who we use because Im not lookimg forward to researching products, changing all the cameras out…. But I will not stay with a company who does not stand behind there products(especially there veey expensive products that should not have to be changed out every 2 years)
