Is there a reason why I cannot add the premium plan onto my subscription
I've recently bought a ring doorbell and cameras and had 30day free plan which runs out in a week. I was looking to upgrade the subscription to the premium plan but when I get to where you add the items the premium plan isn't an option only the basic and standard plans. Is there a reason for this?

Hi, Thanks for that, I did find that link and followed it but it still only shows I can upgrade to basic or standard even though I am eligible for premium - every time I click on premium in reverts back to basic

Hi @user_2b8df7. Are you located in the United Kingdom? Which Ring Doorbell and Cameras do you have? You can find the device name on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Depending on which country you're located in, Ring Home Premium may not be available if you do not have a 24/7 Recording compatible device.
