Home standard discount is not getting applied to my account
How can I get Ring to apply the home standard discount on new purchases? Can someone please look into my account and address why the discount is not getting applied. I placed an order and the discount wasn't applied, I called customer services and they could not fix it so they cancelled the order as they could not apply the discount due to stacking of other devices that were on sale, i was on the call for 25 minutes. They said to try purchase again without the items on sale, i tried to purchase the device again but no discount PLEASE HELP!
