I believe my account has been tampered with. The service i received was very rude and disrespectful. I was on hold for over ten mins..very long time without being checked on. When i asked what services and benefits I was paying for i was told just video and I asked again and received the same response. This is not the service I would expect to receive and this doesn't make me nor my family feel safe! Pls listen to the call as there were also people in the back round on the call miss representing your company.
