Hi There,Do ring have a feedback and suggestions sections where customers can provide feedback or suggestions to help improve the app or products?Recently my dad logged into the app to find some footage and accidentally deleted every recording on the cloud and I find it silly that Ring don’t offer a 30 day cool off where you can recover this information.I have CCTV with another provider and my footage is stored locally and on 2 cloud based providers and when the footage is deleted I can go into the recycling bin and recover it why don’t Ring have a similar option?
