Double payment

I paid for a years subscription in april, for one device, in july I added another device, then I had to pay for both devices, so I lost 3/4 years subscription for the first device, why???

    Hi @user_af312f. When you add a new device to your account on Ring Protect Basic, you will be charged a prorated rate for the remaining difference in days between your new product's inception date and the old product's billing date. This is to get both plans on the same billing cycle. If you have any questions about billing, please reach out to our support team at one of the numbers here or on Facebook @Ring.
