Cancelled subscription

Hi, I have not used a malfunctioning ring camera for 6 months, today I noticed the yearly subscription has been renewed. I have cancelled it .Will I automatically recieve a refund?

Hi @user_7e3c65. After you cancel a Ring subscription, please allow up to 10 business days for a refund of any unused time to be processed. We have more information here. Hi, no you won't get an automatic refund. I cancelled my single device subscription at the start of September and chased today for the refund, only to be told that it was still active and they have only refunded from today. They don't have a complaints dept as they are beyond reproach. Probably a really profitable company whilst us poor individuals put up with rubbish service. I would suggest contact Ring to progress a refund.
