Cancelled for no good reasons

Subscribed for the first time in XXXX, always billed on the 13th. I have the ring doorbell 2nd gen. Added another camera on June 26th, applied for the basic plan to save video footage. Worked well. Then today, July 11th, at 21:37 plan was cancelled!!?? Checked invoice, no failed payment?!Tried ”customer service”. what a joke #thanks4nothing and with in the hour had subscribed again, but lost all saved videos that had footage of an assault outside the door. I will be looking into others options with internal storage. Unacceptable!!!

Hi @user_e9946f. Were there any changes to your payment method recently? Your Ring Protect plan will only be canceled if you manually do so, or if the payment method fails. When your plan is canceled for either reason, your videos will be deleted. We always recommend downloading any videos you need to save.
