I’ve just noticed that I’m paying twice a month for my door ball and garden camera, £4.99 and then £8.00 is this right?

Hi @user_ab115d. It sounds like you have subscribed to both the Basic and the Plus plan. If both of these devices are at the same location, you can cancel your Basic plan, as the Plus plan will cover all Ring Doorbells and Security Cameras at one location.
