I added a ring doorbell for my elderly mother a couple of years ago and pay the subscription for her. I have it as a second location on my app. She had two strange men at the door tonight and when I went to check the recording it says that the trial period has expired I have checked my subscription which doesn’t expire until March 2024 but her address is not giving me the option to subscribe How do I renew her portion? Thank you

Hi @user44981. You will need to be the owner of the second Ring Doorbell in order to purchase a Ring Protect plan for it, as a [Shared User](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/211018223-Adding-a-Shared-User-to-Your-Ring-Account) can't sign up for a Ring Protect plan on a shared device.. If it was set up under your account, you should be able to subscribe using the steps listed [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360030333671-How-to-Subscribe-to-a-Ring-Protect-Plan). If these steps don't work, and you are the owner of the Ring Doorbell, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406#callus) for assistance setting up your subscription. If you are outside of the US, please visit [here ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406)to see how to contact support.
