There is a lot of complaints about their Ring doorbell becoming foggy so they can't make out the images. It is not the camera; it is the plastic Lense cover that protects the camera. You just need to go through the same process as you do for your car lenses. Sand it with 500 grit sandpaper until the cover is clear again. Then use 3000 grit to remove the scratches the 500-grit left. Spray a protectant polish on and buff with a soft, clean cloth. See photos attached:
