Ring chime not working
troubleshooting
I have a 2nd gen chime that has just stopped working. We have changed WiFi provider recently and now I can’t get my chime to connect to it. I’ve tried everything that’s said online but nothing. All I get is a solid green light when I plug it in that stays on for 20/30 seconds then goes off and nothing else. Have even tried factory reset but that doesn’t work,can’t get any blue lights flashing or nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
