Need to remove old device
I need to remove an old doorbell as I have a new one. How do I remove the old one and make sure my current plan now covers the new doorbell instead? Help 🤷

Hi @user_7ba305. This Help Center page has the steps on removing a Ring device from your account. Unfortunately you cannot transfer plans. You will have to cancel your plan and then subscribe your new Doorbell.
